Rick Schwarz’s Roster Service 2008 Guidelines

Hi Everyone-

At the start of this season, I have picked up quite a few teams that I am responsible for and have decided that I should put this set of general guidelines out in order to keep things on my end organized and clearly set forth to minimize confusion.  There are no real changes to any of the guidelines, I just thought it would be helpful to reiterate, and have a general list for coaches to refer to should you have any questions.

Roster Submission

- Fee for 1 season is $50.  This includes the athlete names entered into the Hy-Tek format and sent to the email addresses of your request.

- 3 season discount is $135.  This will only be honored if paid for during the XC season.   

- Rosters WILL NOT be sent out before payment is made in full for the season. 

- Requests to submit rosters must be received THREE DAYS prior to the date the roster must be submitted by.  Last minute submissions ARE NOT guaranteed!!!!  Again, they will only be submitted if payment is received in full. 

-  You must include the EMAIL ADDRESSES to which you would like the roster sent.  I will be the first to admit that while I am in the loop with HS T&F, I can never remember all meet directors and the meets they are responsible for meet director for.  Meet directors also change their email address occasionally. 

- Athletes must clearly be divided by both gender and grade level. Please do not just generally alphabatize the list of athletes. 

Seeding

- Fee for seeding is $15 per meet.  If you wish to submit the same seeds to more than one meet, I will not charge for the extra meets.  If you wish to make more than 5 changes to the seeds, there will be another charge of $15.  This means added athletes or changed marks.

- Seeds must be entered into the excel template I have created.   Please save the file as your school name and the meet title.  Hy-Tek Seed Template <--- (click on link to download)

- Please include the Meet Title as it appears on the packet you are sent. 

- Email addresses are also needed to submit seeds.
